REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for shopping at DogHappyLucky. We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

RETURN PERIOD
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Used pet beds, harnesses, collars, or items that have been in contact with a pet
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Gift cards

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Contact us at doghappylucky@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond with instructions within 1-2 business days.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Contact doghappylucky@gmail.com.
