SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Weekend/holiday orders are processed the next business day.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We ship within the United States and to over 25 international destinations. Rates calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days (where available)

Free standard shipping may be offered on qualifying orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Delivery times: 10-30 business days depending on destination and customs. International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

ORDER TRACKING
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Ensure your address is accurate at checkout. DogHappyLucky is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Returns due to incorrect addresses may incur reshipment fees.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Contact doghappylucky@gmail.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate your package.

DAMAGED PACKAGES
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Replacement or refund will be arranged per our Refund Policy.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to non-delivery, the customer is responsible for the original shipping cost and return shipping fees.
